Coaching services disclaimer
The services offered by Rise Above Pink are intended for educational and informational purposes only. Coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation in coaching does not establish a provider-patient relationship. All health-related concerns should be addressed by a qualified healthcare provider.
Eligibility

Coaching services are intended for individuals over the age of 18 who have completed active treatment for breast cancer. Services are designed for those seeking lifestyle and wellness guidance through a functional and integrative lens.
Service modifications
Rise Above Pink reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the services or website content at any time without prior notice. Efforts will be made to provide timely updates, but no guarantee is made for the uninterrupted availability of services.
Intellectual property
All content on the website—including text, images, logos, program materials, and downloadable resources—is the intellectual property of Rise Above Pink and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Confidentiality
Any personal information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent, except as required by law. However, as this is not a healthcare provider-patient relationship, HIPAA protections do not apply.
Payment and refunds
All fees for coaching services must be paid in full before services are rendered, unless otherwise arranged. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on individual circumstances.
Cancellations and rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for canceling or rescheduling coaching sessions. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited. Repeated cancellations may result in discontinuation of services.
Limitation of liability
Rise Above Pink and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the coaching services or website. All information is provided “as is” without guarantees of outcomes.

Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
